    I am currently doing research to better understand the issues faced moderating and managing Community, and how that impacts workflow, community strategy and growth.

    While your request is not specifically Zendesk community, I'm interested in hearing more about the problem you would solve with this, why you want everything to be a ticket, how you would handle that amount of content and the workflow?

    You might want to have a look at the new channel integration published in Zendesk's app directory - Stack for Zendesk (All Stack Exchange Q&A websites integration including Stack Overflow) which integrates questions from all Stack Exchange websites into your Zendesk as tickets.
