I'm a Zendesk Admin but quite new to the system. I would like to look at using the customer satisfaction functionality.
I've looked at the instructions to enable this but I just don't have the option described below from the help:
To enable customer satisfaction surveys, click the Admin icon ( ) in the sidebar, then selectSettings > Customers > Satisfaction. (Zendesk Classic: Select Settings > End-users > Satisfaction.)
Is this because I'm using a different version of Zendesk? How do I find this out?
