I've searched this a bit on both Zendesk and GoodData and was still unable to locate how to do this. What I'm trying to do is get a list of countries with the sum of their tickets (the map chart shows the quantity per region). For example, I would love to see this:
Location - # Tickets
United States - 10,000
South Korea - 150,000
China - 2,000
From there, I would love to be able to drill down to these tickets to see what issues are being reported per location. The reason for this would be so that we can see if certain game issues are only affecting users of a certain region or all of them. Additionally, I would like to filter out certain Brands (we use multibrand) and by date.
Does anyone know if this is possible? I've looked into all the data information that I understand, but was unable to decipher it. :(
