    You can change the order in the ticket forms admin settings. See our doc Changing the order of your ticket forms.

    Thanks -I am aware of it. However, I would like that the order in the help center to be different than the order that appears in the setting. 

    I wondering if this can be done by using custom JS

    So you want two different orders, one for agents in Zendesk and one for end-users in HC? I'm not sure if that's possible.

    Hi Adar,

    By default the order can be changed in the ticket forms and this will apply for both agents using Zendesk interface and end users using Help Centre.

    There is Javascript code that you can use to manipulate this:

    Place the code inside the "document.ready" block (In Theme Editor -> JS tab)

    If you have a custom field you would use something like this:

    ```
    $('.request_custom_fields_25932991').insertBefore('.request_subject');
    ```

    If you have standard fields you would just use this code:

    ```
    // rearrange form fields
    $('#new_request.request-form label:contains("Type of issue")').parent().insertBefore('#new_request.request-form label:contains("Subject")');
    ```
