    Hey Jennifer - 

    Can you tell us more about why you need to be both the assignee and cc'd and receive both sets of email notifications?

    Hi Nicole,

    I am just wondering that why I cannot receive both of them. I only need one.

    Is this a built-in feature of zendesk? which only send one notification email if you are both requester/assignee and cc?

    Hello Jennifer, you only receive the assignee notification, not the CC, if it is assigned to you. They contain the same content.  However if it moves away from you, you will get the CC notification.  I add myself (automatically) to any ticket that I assign away from myself.

    If you would like to test the CC notification - add yourself as a CC, then assign the ticket to another agent.  Then update the ticket again - best to use a test customer account for this, as most email triggers only fire to an agent if you are not the person updating the ticket (this is so you don't get updates for every ticket comment you make yourself)
