How to customize help center so end-users can see and keep track of their earlier requests?

    Hi CH!

    That functionality, exactly as pictured, is included in your Help Center out of the box so there's no need to customize anything. In order to see it, though, you would need to use the preview function to view your help center as an end-user; it doesn't show up like that for agents and administrators.
