Does anyone has experience with creating fields/adding apps on Organization level where the agents can put in specific information related to the organization?
I know the notes field is supposed to be used, but since it is not possible to edit that field as "Staff" then it is pretty useless for me.
Also I would like to know if anybody know an app, - also on organization level - where you can upload documents related to this specific customer?
