    Hi Mie!

    I don't know of any apps that allow you to add attachments to an Org, or even a user.

    Have you checked out our documentation on custom Organization fields? My thought is that you may be able to use a series of custom Org fields to indicate the information that would otherwise be in those documents.

    Thank you for getting back to me. 

    Yes, I have tried this, but is seems that these fields are only visible to the agents - the agents cannot edit the fields, and that is what I'm looking for.

    Hey Mie,

    That's correct; Org fields can only be edited by Administrators. If you're on the Enterprise plan, though, you could create a custom role that would give your agents the ability to add these fields.

    Otherwise, I'm afraid that your Admins will have to be the ones who add Org information.
