Hi all, restricted content is now properly supported in the Answer Bot widget. There was one CORS issue that was affecting host mapped domains, but the fix is in the process of being rolled out.

    So, that's why Answerbot either

    - says he doesn't find any articles,

    - or keeps on looking...

It is because this help center requires connexion ? (and has various segments as well).

    Thx

    Hi Céline,

You are correct and that could be the cause of answer-bot not returning any results or continuing it's search. If the content is restricted then it has no information to provide the user.

It looks like this feedback request has been marked as plan which is great news. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA of when this will be released. I recommend you keep an eye out in your email as this post will most likely be updated when more information is available.

    Cheers!
