    Hi @Zachary - I can tell you that a few things had to be enabled on the backend of the Zendesk Help Centers to achieve the filter.  I'm not sure if it can be duplicated as I don't know what all code was done on the backend.  If I remember correctly they created additional placeholders that are not currently available to customer help centers.  Hope this help a little.

    @Zachary Thompson hi, I like the look of what you have achieved so far, I'm looking to introduce so form of filter to our search results so wondering if you would be happy to share how you achieved the above?
