Unable to Configure Salesforce App in Zendesk
I am trying to configure Salesforce app in Zendesk and unable to do it. I have added the remote site settings in Salesforce and linked the zendesk domain and connected the Zendesk support to Salesforce. Now the next step in the documentation is to configure the Salesforce app in Zendesk by adding the Salesforce objects. But I am unable to find configuration link. Can anyone help me?

To access the Configure Settings for the Salesforce sidebar app requires loading up any existing Zendesk Support Ticket followed by clicking the Configure Settings button found on the app itself on the right side of the agent interface.
