Is there a way to display a organization custom field value in the top header of the help center page? All of our customers have a distinct group that they each belong to for scheduling of certain maintenance events, etc.
I'd like to drive awareness to the customer so that when they login, the see a message something to the effect of "Your organization is in Group 1" - the group number would obviously contain which ever value is set under the custom field in the organization profile - preferably underneath the name of the user on the Help Center page. I see that ZenDesk does something similar to what I am looking to do, specifically the note that tells me which Pod that we are on.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?
