    Hi Nir,

    The logic is that each filter added to a report deals with the data left over from the previous filtering - from top to bottom, and if you change the order of your filters you could get different results.

    For example, let's say you're looking at which of your requester organizations have produced the most tickets (the top 3) during the past 3 months.

    If you start with the ranking filter it produces a list of the top 3 orgs, but when the date filter is added we end up with only 2 - because one of the top-3 had not created any tickets within the last 3 months.

    I'm hesitant to prescribe any universal rules for filter order, but I find that thinking through what each filter layer is doing lets you decide with confidence.

    In my example, it makes sense to start with the date filter and add the ranking afterward, but there may be a case for doing the reverse.
