Triggered even doesn't fit the ticket priority rule

    Hey Chai,

    If you check the Ticket Events of the ticket where this issue is occurring do you see any other triggers firing that would be changing the priority from Urgent to High/Normal? 

    It's possible that the ticket priority was Urgent when the ticket was created which caused this trigger to fire and then another trigger fired changing the priority afterwards.

    Brilliant! Brett, precisely as what you mentioned. From the Ticket Events I'm able to see the status being changed by another trigger, therefore to rectify the issue.
