I have created one automation which have rules as follow;
Ticket status is Pending
Ticket: Hours since assignee update is greater than 23
action --> email assignee
From the above conditions we can say if there are 2 or more tickets meet the criteria, the agent will receive emails as many as matching tickets. Is it possible to only send one email per attempt and include all the tickets within one email?
