We have several brands and I need different information pre chat form our customers and it seems that zendesk doesnt offer any empty fields or fields that I can add or remove or at least rename.
With the previous software I used, I was able to do anything with the prechat form and it came in very handy.
Also being able to hide the department (which in our case are two different brands) would be very useful. (I will use the workaround with the code for now).
