    Bonjour Abdelhakim,

    Il s'agit d'un problème connu pour lequel nous n'avons pas encore de date de résolution.

    En attendant, le mieux est de dupliquer le dashboard et de renommer ces champs à la main (ce qui nécessite Explore Professional).

    Nous sommes navrés du désagrément occasionné,

    Hi Sir ,i have a web form developed with python using API, so after creation of tickets using the form on the web site it display to me (API) on the canal, unfortunately this is not what i want .

    please i wanna know how can i change the value of canal (API) to (Web Form), is this possible or not .

    Hi Abdelhakim,

    Unfortunately there's no way to change the channel from which the ticket was created from. Apologies for the inconvenience there :-/
