We use tags to reports on ticket types "support" "feature requests" "bugs," etc. What is the best way to create a query that will allow us to see how many tickets in a week or month have tag "support" or tag "feature_request" etc? I created a query based on metric: (count) tickets and then filter: ticket tags. I was hoping that on the dashboard I would be able to select a date range and the number of tickets in that date range with the specific tags would be counted, but it doesn't look like that works? I was able to do this easily in Insights. How can this be done in Explore?
