Chat shortcuts
ConcluídaWe have 6 departments on chat, attending clients in 6 different languages, therefore we have shortcuts for each language. Yet all the shortcuts are available under each chat.
We have over 1k shortcuts, a lot of which have similar names, so very often the agent needs to search amongst the options given the correct shortcut. The shortcuts are supposed to help the agent work faster, so this is not good.
It should be possible to make the english shortcuts available only for english chats, the spanish shortcuts only for spanish chats and so on. That would be much better.

Hi Hanna,
You are definitely not alone on this one, limiting availability or visibility of the shortcuts, similarly to how macros are controlled in Zendesk Support would be very helpful. I made a similar request a while back, feel free to vote it up and leave your own use case.
