Is it possible to create a trigger that would end a chat?
Our organisation uses Zopim to primarily communicate with members whose email address takes a particular format.
With the trigger options presently available if a client inputs an email address not associated with our organisation Zopim automatically sends them a message referring them elsewhere but the chat still needs to be manually ended.
It would be beneficial if there was a trigger action to automatically end a chat.
