Transparent Mobile Chat Widget
RespondidaOn mobile chat, when browsing the website the customer will see the widget say "chat" or "message" - depending on if a rep is online to chat.
In these instances the widget is too intrusive, especially to those who don't want to chat or message at all.
To help with this Zopim should allow for adjustable transparency of that widget box. This would help it be less intrusive and making for a better browsing/shopping experience for those not wanting to chat/message.

Thanks for your feedback. There is no immediate plans to allow the account owner to change the transparency of the mobile chat button but there are things that you can do now that other customers have done if they don't want the chat button present all the time.
You can use our Javascript API to hide the widget on load and then make the window open up/chat button appear when they tap on a link or button in your mobile website to start a chat using the window.show/button.show API.
