    Hi John, 

    It sounds like you did just about all the browser troubleshooting you could and eventually it all worked.  The only other thing I can think of that I've seen come up is if you use a password manager like LastPass or 1Password.  I've seen scenarios (outside of Zendesk) where Chrome would replace what the password manager submitted with its own stored password.  This is problematic after a password change if Chrome doesn't store the new password as it may replace a good password with a bad password. 

    This may not be anything related to how you work, but it might be worth mentioning for someone else that lands on your post.

    I haven't seen this behavior with Zendesk, but I've seen the behavior with Chrome in other contexts.  Hopefully the reinstall for you keeps things working into the future.
