I'm trying to find the trigger condition that will not duplicate messages to the assignee. The scenario is that a customer replies to a ticket that I want to go to the whole group, but not duplicate a message to the assignee, if they are part of the group being notified.
Is there something that can be configured to account for duplication in this circumstance?
I know an answer might be to just turn off the assignee notification option, but there are some ticket groups set up so only the assignee gets the notification and not the whole group.
