I'm trying to derive Time Between Ticket Creation and Ticket Marked Pending, and have written my Metric using examples stated to be valid under the Tickets dataset, but when I apply my custom Metric I get an error stating that the 'Tickets - Updated Timestamp' is unknown.
Here is my statement:
IF ([Changes - Field name]="status" AND [Changes - Previous value]!="pending")
AND ([Changes - Field name]="status" AND [Changes - New value]="pending")
THEN DATE_DIFF([Ticket Updated - Timestamp], [Ticket created - Timestamp], "nb_of_minutes")
There are plenty of Metrics shown like this for the Tickets dataset on the Metrics and attibutes for Zendesk Support page.
