I am really lost to realize a value necessary to my reports.I need your help.
I need a column that tells me the time spent by the agent on a day between 8am and 6pm. The total time on all actions of the agent (tickets in progress, closed, publics and/or internals comments, ...).
Maybe this field exists but I can not find it.
