I have been following the guide to create a query for the Time Tracking App, so that I can add an average time spent metric to our dashboard that we share with agents.

Every time I try to run it (and I have followed this step-by-step) I receive an error message:

"The set of calculations [0] isn't valid. Adjust the calculation and try again."

The error code is different each time I try it, so I haven't included it.

I read elsewhere that this was a known issue, I am wondering if there is an update or workaround?
