Geo-Data
RespondidaI was wondering how I would go about getting the geo-data on tickets created through Zendesk Explore.
Currently on GoodData, I'm using the following formula:
- SELECT COUNT (Ticket Id, Ticket Text Field Change) WHERE Text Field = Status AND [Text Field] Previous Value = (empty value) AND Ticket Status <> Deleted
I'm a newbie with analytics and formula writing, but how would I recreate this on Zendesk Explore?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, we in Support cannot write custom formulas for you. However, I'm happy to give you some guidance, and point you to the resources we have available.

The Navigating the Formula window article tells you how to create formulas in Explore
As for the actual formula, it looks like an IF/THEN/ELSE statement is what you'll need for this formula. Here is an article on the IF/THEN/ELSE function in Explore.
