Link Ticket ID to Ticket
In Insights, Ticket ID field on any row is hyperlinked to the ticket, so it is easy to check data from Insights against Support.
So far, this is not done in Explore. It would greatly enhance usability.

This is a must have, in my opinion. Being able to quickly investigate the results of a report is extremely important.

Yes, looked for this functionality as well, since I use this in Insights on a regular base.

I agree, this is something that is needed. It would also be great if it worked in emailed dashboards. We have dashboards we email out to customers, so it would be great to have interactions to open the ticket

Thanks for sharing! I do hope that Zendesk makes this part of the default metric definitions however as not all users will find the help article!
