    Following up this thread.

    Our use case is integrating bots between Line and Messenger with Zendesk Message. The bot will handle the basic questions. If there is a fallback, real person will step in and reply them in Zendesk Message. 

    Is there anyway that we can turn those chat to ticket (Zendes support) once our customer agent closes the Message'c chat. We want to have a better way of evaluating the bot's performance to see if its really helpful on our services.

    Hi Jin,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Currently, there are no plans in 2018 to add the ability to create tickets in the Message dashboard.

    What type of metrics are you looking for to evaluate the performance of the bot? Have you looked at using bot specific analytics solutions or if your bot provider offers any analytics? Google does offer a solution called Chatbase that might be worth looking into: https://chatbase.com/

    Dears :

    I have added facebook and LINE in the channel. However, LINE can’t work. I have checked the LINE developers and verify the webhooks success. When I send the message to LINE@, I can receive in the LINE app, CHAT message have no message. Facebook can work.

    Which key point I miss?
