Chat Transcripts to customer not in local time zone

    Hi Kav,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the timezone preference in the transcript or ticket. Currently, there is no way to choose for the transcript to be in the timezone of the visitor's country (based on the IP)

    Please follow and vote that thread to get notified for if/when changes are made for the request.

    each and every programming language there is an option to customer timezone or customer have option to add change timezone. you can't say it is not possible. i think your developer team does not work properly. its very simple task.

    For clarification, Ramin didn't say it wasn't possible; he said that functionality hasn't been added to the product at this point and encouraged users who are interested to participate in the product feedback request in order to get a sense of whether this should be prioritized.
