    Hi Tri,

The mobile SDKs will not work in a React Native app. You could look at building a custom experience via a webview using the Web SDK:

We have no plans to offer or build a React Native SDK.

    Hi Ramin, thanks for reply.

Ah I see. Okay, I'll discuss about it with my team.

    Hi Tri Ardini,

    Have you develop something ?

Hi @Ramin How can we notify user through push notifications when new message came to the user ?

    Hi @Ramin

Can you guys plan about React Native SDK as many people are using react native?

For mobile SDK feature requests, please post them here:

    Hi there,

Complementing Ramin's information here: we currently do not have plans to implement an SDK package specifically developed for React Native. That said, React Native is a powerful development platform, and you can surely implement the solutions Zendesk currently offers on top of that. There are basically two ways of doing it:

    1) You can use the mobile SDKs as native modules inside your React Native application. This is pretty straightforward and will only take a couple of hours from your development team. You can find detailed instructions on how to do that inside the React Native documentation (here for iOS and here for Android).

    2) As Ramin said, you can also use the Zendesk Web SDK to build a support experience inside a web-view, or building your own UI on top of that.

Let us know if you have any doubts!

I would like to use all of the features that you describe here:

We are using react native for our mobile app.  Would we be able to take advantage of the tools that will allow us to see what content the members are looking at?

    Hi there!

As I understand it, you just need to add a code snippet to your app in order to use Embeddables. So as long as React Native gives you access to your code so you can modify it, you should be able to use it without a problem!

I have followed this post and I understand that there will be no Zendesk SDKs for React Native. I just want to add as a request for this implementation and hopefully in the near future it is something the development team can look into. That said I am trying to figure out how I will implement Zendesk Chat in Expo as it does not support importing native modules without detaching/ejecting.

    Thank you!
