Jira Integration - Zendesk Ticket Count field does not work for Jira
We created Zendesk Ticket Count and Zendesk Ticket IDs field on our Jira Cloud and linked with some of the zendesk support tickets. However, this fields does not updated and they are empty. How can get ticked count and id information from zendesk.

Are you able to confirm you've set the fields up exactly as described in this article?

If the fields aren't set up exactly as specified (including the correct cases for the field names) they feature won't work.

Hi David, I follow all the steps in the related article https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/227745787-Linked-tickets-reporting but the information sync is not working. Also I checked https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003689807 but it's not working. Even when I create a new jira through zendesk.
