When I update a ticket on Zendesk, my Gmail acct. sends a new separate email rather than keeping the conversation in an ongoing email thread. This is causing my Sent inbox to overflow with separate emails for the same ticket. Has anyone ever had this issue before. I would like Gmail to keep my conversations in one email thread per ticket.
Picture below shows Ticket conversation. Following picture shows 2 separate emails for the same ticket. This issue only occurs in my email acct. Fortunately, the requester does not have separated emails pop up each time a ticket is updated.
