The following link describes an SLAs tab in the prebuilt "Zendesk Support" dashboard in explore:
I'm not able to see this tab. Furthermore, the only datasets I can see under the datasets tab in the left hand panel of explore are "Tickets" "Backlog history" and "Ticket updates"
In the following link, there is a response in the comments section that does show a "SLA tickets" category under metrics.
How can I start tracking SLAs in Explore?
