Explore - SLAs tab missing in prebuilt "Zendesk Support" dashboard & unable to find SLA dataset

    For anyone else experiencing this issue. I added an SLA to a few tickets and the SLA dataset showed up after a few days

    Hey Daniel!

    In order for reporting information to be reflected in Zendesk Explore there must be data in your account associated to what you are looking to report on.  I'm glad you were able to see that information in Explore after you had tickets that had that data point available to report on :)
