Hey! Our main use case for side conversations is for agents to share a ticket into Slack to ask for assistance from others on the team—so I was trying the rich text options into Slack. Quoted text is the only one that doesn't perfectly work between the two (though it's displayed just fine).
I can see how it doesn't work in Slack, because the entire side convo message is displayed as quoted text. But I wonder why quoted text from a Slack message doesn't format in the Side Conversation in the ticket. It's definitely a workable solution as-is, and I'm perhaps nitpicking. 🙂 But I wanted to share my one and only bit of feedback.
