    Hi Eric,

    I did some digging in the app marketplace and found the following app that could hide ticket fields: Hide Ticket Fields

    I did some testing on my end with the app and it looks like it successfully hides the brand field. This may be easier than setting up multiple triggers on your account to rever the change the agents make.

    Let me know if that doesn't get you the results you're looking for.
