I would like to create a Trigger that only runs when specified Users update a Ticket?
The trigger would send a request with information to our Salesforce org using a Target URL post
I realize I could base the Trigger rule off the Assignee, but many times the Updater is not the Assignee.
I could also filter requests in Salesforce, but I would like to reduce the traffic.
