Im new to explore and want to know more about it, Im creating a report to pull ticket that is created today and and is associated with specific brand, the formula as follow;
IF ([Ticket brand]="Lamudi Indonesia")
AND [Ticket created - Day of week] = TODAY()
THEN [Ticket ID]
the AND formula indeed didnt work, but this is actually my question, how does the date functions work in zendesk? I have read https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022184834-Explore-functions-reference but still not too clear for me since it does have real example how to use each function.
Any help would be appreciated guys!
