I have a trigger like:
Conditions: If ticket contains tag "123" and ticket is updated
Actions: then send an email to "requester and CC", plus change the status to solved
Expected results: Email sent and status is solved.
Results: Status is solved but no email is sent.
Why?? I mean, it's quite sure that the conditions are satisfied since the status is changed, but the email is not sent...if I force the email to be sent to a specific agent instead of "requester & Cc" it works well too...
could it be a problem on Zendesk side today regarding that "requester & cc" option which is a recent feature????
am i doing something wrong???
