TALK mobile app please
A mobile app to receive and manage some TALK settings would be great.
Agents are not productive if they have to site in front of a computer browser to use the program and make themselves available.

I vote for this. We need an app.

Call forwarding to a cell phone is basically useless when the desktop application has to be open and logged into in order for calls to be forwarded. Our use case requires agents to be traveling some of the time, and it is not possible for them to be logged in via the desktop application. We need a way for them to be able to place and receive calls and notifications while out of the office.

Would be great to monitor calls for our agents from mobile!
