    Hi Adnan,

    We recently released a WhatsApp integration for Support. Have you had a chance to look at this integration to see if this accomplishes what you're looking for? More information in the following article: Using the WhatsApp in Zendesk Support integration

    If that's not what you're looking for, I would recommend taking a look at the ticket events to see if the automation/trigger is firing on your ticket. You'll also want to make sure you're grabbing your token from the Admin>Channels>API and pasting that in the password field if you haven't done so already.
