How can I measure my advocates performance?

    I'd be happy to help you get started in creating a report to track Agent performance. First, can you clarify which information you would like to be included in this report? You can find a full list of our Support metrics and attributes here! We also have an article for Explore Recipes which you may find helpful! 

    For example, you can create a query that calculates multiple metrics and slice this by Assignee Name to find the results for each Agent. Here's an example of what this would look like from my test account.
