How to measure the unique ticket requesters in a given period?

    Hello Ron,

    first of all, you will need to set up the date filter in your ticket to define what period of time you want to count your tickets on :

     

     

     

     

    Click on edit date ranges

     

     

    choose your time period.

     

    Then, the metric you want to create and use should be : 

     

    DCOUNT_VALUES([Requester name])
