I want to create a report which shows each ticket that is not 'Closed' where the number of Agent/Requester comments exceeds ten interactions in my example.
This should be a column chart with each ticket on X Axis and total interactions on the Y Axis. I would also like to colour grade each bar from a lighter shade (10) to a darker grade as the value increases.
I have created a report based on this article https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024461993-Explore-Recipe-Agent-interactions-on-tickets, however, I need to filter on tickets which have 10 interactions or more and change the column to ticket #.
