Show Tickets which have more than X Agent/Requester Comments

    Update, I have a new metric which uses the following formula to provide me with the Update ID for either type of comment and subsequently gets used as count.

    IF ([Comment present] = TRUE AND [Updater role] != "End-user")
    OR ([Comment present] = TRUE AND [Comment public] = TRUE)
    THEN [Update ID]

    I have changed the column to be Ticket ID and added filters to only look for New,Open and Pending tickets.  I have also sorted the order of the X Axis descending.  So I get this result.


    Now just need to know how to filter those tickets with comments greater than or equal to 10?
