FRT - Timestamp needed for First Internal Note
Hi All,
Although this is not an available option yet, I'm sure it needs to be developed eventually. We have a different approach when it comes to FRT - we need to measure the time it took for a ticket to be first processed (either by replying to the customer or by escalating for example). First assignment timestamp is not helpful since tickets can be reassigned before replying.
