    +1 on your rant :-) I just need a simple list of tickets and the date closed by month. Can't figure it out so I'm having to raise a support ticket! Rubbish.

    Hey Greg,

    Would something like this be the type of report you're after here?

    Metric: # Tickets solved

    Attributes: Ticket solved month + Ticket solved Date

    You could also add a year filter to the dashboard the report lives on, or to the report itself if you wanted to break it down even further.
