    Does this Dashboard allow KM (Guide) data to be included:  # articles drafted or published, % tickets that use Knowledge, total Knowledge capture usage (feedback, links, creates)?

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for your response.

    Since today we are back to Zendesk Talk instead of Wildix. But we miss a real-time dashboard.

    What I really miss in Zendesk is the following:

    How many agents are online (excluding absent / offline)
    A queue with customers that shows the waiting time per customer
    Active call duration from agent.

     

    See below the screenshot for 1 group, you can see normally active Agents en duration of there conversation

     

    Dashboard 2 indicates all of our Lines (Groups). This is very important information for a WFM-er like i do.
