I'm looking to construct a query to report on specific tags applied to a ticket by an agent.
In our support environment, agents use specific macros to escalate a request to another team. When these macros are used, certain tags are applied to the ticket.
We have reporting on volume of tickets being escalate. We're looking to develop a report to understand which agents are escalating tickets to determine if re-training or coaching may be needed.
Any help in constructing a query would be appreciated.
