Average wait time and filters
I am trying to understand some of the filters in use on my widget.
I created an 'average wait time' (AWT) query that displays the following 4 metrics for each month: requester wait time, first reply time, first resolution time, full resolution.
When I put it into my dashboard, since I have a date range widget present already, my AWT widget get restricted to the dates selected (I can see that is restricted by `Restrict: Tickets [default].tickets_solved_at/tickets_create at`).
If I remove those restrictions/filters, then the widget shows me every single month available, however the numbers are slightly different.
What do the filters mean? When the AWT widget falls under the date range/restrictions, does that mean that the data only takes into consideration tickets created/solved within the time frame?

We checked in with some of our Explore experts, and here's what their response to your question is:
Most likely, you are filtering on a different time element on the dashboard then on the query itself. This article has some information that should help you get this straightened out: Time filter isn't working when I choose a time frame
