I was wondering if it is possible when you create a helpcentre article for an agent to click on the name of Macro in the helpcentre article and it will populate that macros text in their ticket?
I'm basing this off an agent using the Knowledge Capture app to find the related article and then when the article comes up it has different scenarios on how to help a customer and the agent can just click on the macro name to populate the macro text that is already built in your Zendesk instance.
This is to save the agent time by not having to go back into the list of Macros and pick the desired Macro.
Does anybody know if this is possible or if this is in development?
