    This is so hard but I shall try to explain.

    Metrics

    • SUM (Count Tickets)

    Columns

    • Ticket Created Year

    Rows

    • Ticket Created Month

    Filter

    • Ticket Created Date defined as:

     

    Result Manipulation> Result path calculation, defined as:

     

    Chart configuration> Columns, make column  2 invisible:

    Make a more meaningful name on column 3 on the report header:

    And you should get:

     

    ...bit of a nightmare..

    Thanks Graeme Carmichael but this is showing calendar years, what I need is 1 year/12 months from todays date
